We recommend orders outside of the USA be made through our Amazon.com webstore. Amazon.com can negotiate cheaper shipping rates than we can. Their international shipping rates are affordable and they ship quickly.


To ensure you are buying official Leashboss merchandise with the manufacturer's warranty direct from us, please order from our Amazon.com storefront.


Please allow 10-21 business days for all international deliveries. International customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties, which may be levied at delivery, and can vary depending on the item, cost, and delivery location. Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.

Your satisfaction with our products is our #1 priority. Leashboss products automatically come with 'The Boss Promise', a 5 year manufacturers warranty that protects against defects, product issues, and chewed leashes. This warranty does not cover dog toys that have been damaged by your pet.

We want you and your dog(s) to be happy with our products. If, for whatever reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. The items returned must include the original packaging and must not have been used, washed or damaged. We only accept returns of products that you’ve bought directly from us on our website, our Ebay store or our Amazon storefront. If you’ve purchased a Leashboss product from somewhere else, please contact that seller directly regarding their return policy.
